The flocculation mixer is a continuous operating device for mixing sludge or other liquid with a flocculant or polymer. The purpose is to make the material slightly mixed. After mixing the liquid should be formed into flocculation particles to be further treated (especially suitable for the dehydration of belt pressure filter).

 
The diluted 1‰ flocculant and treated sludge together flow into the dynamic coagulation device from the bottom, and be discharged at the top. In the dynamic mixer, the mixing operation is made by the mixer, on the one hand, the polymer flocculant molecular chain fully expands, and on the other hand, the sludge and flocculant can be fully mixed, forming floc. The unique parallel blade design is adopted in the mixer, which make the fluid to form vortex and make the flocculation into balls, the mix speed is strictly controlled, so that the sludge and flocculant can be fully mixed, and the destruction of the formation of the flocculation can be avoided because of violent agitation, simultaneously, the diameter of the produced flocculation is also controlled. The flocculation effect of dynamic coagulation is better than that of static mixer, and more agent saving.
