The basic goal of sludge drying is to separate  the free water and cell bound water in the dewatering sludge out, and kill the virus by high temperature, so as to make the sludge harmlessness, stabilization, reduction, and resources. Evaporation is one of the important means. There is a certain speed rate of evaporation of water, which can be expressed by the following formula:

Here, W is the evaporation rate of water, T is temperature, P is the atmospheric pressure, V is surface air velocity, H is surface air humidity, and a, b, c, d, e are regression coefficients, of which c and e are negative. It can be known that if we want to improve the evaporation rate of water, the greater the temperature and the surface air velocity, the faster the evaporation rate, the smaller the surface pressure and the surface air humidity, the faster the evaporation rate.

LTD low temperature belt type sludge drying machine is a kind of environmental protection, high efficiency and energy saving compact type sludge drying machine, it uses high temperature heat pump as drying heat source, so that the solid content of dewatering sludge can be dried to from 60-90% to 10 -20% under the condition of 80-100℃. The whole process is fully closed, no odor overflow. It can be installed and used without external heat source, cooling water and other harsh public works conditions. The system can also adopt the waste hot water with 80 degrees above as heat source.

LTD drying machine is designed by working characteristic inverse Kano principle of heat pump to realize the evaporation of water in sludge and condensation process of evaporated water through the recycling of heat.

It absorbs the process gas heat and transfers the heat to the drying chamber, increasing the temperature in the drying chamber, so to match corresponding equipment to achieve the drying of materials. Drying machine consists of flour stranding machine, drying chamber, compressor, heat exchanger (internal), current regulator, heat absorber, conveyor belt cleaning device, etc..
