Sludge conveyor carriage (rectangular and circular)

  The sliding frame is designed to transport solid bulk material without liquidity, such as sludge dewatering, sawdust, and, the sliding frame drives the several parallel steel frame to move back and forth at the bottom of the bin through hydraulic unit, then, the friction and inertia caused by the difference in material contact surface in the two strokes can make the material move in one direction. At the same time, according to this characteristic, we can adjust the conveying capacity of the material by the frequency of the carriage movement, carrying out a more accurate measurement delivery.

  The output material can be transported by screw conveyor, chain conveyor, band conveyor, achieving whole closed operation.
