SSD sludge lime drying device is designed to realize the harmlessness, stabilization and resource of sludge. Modification treatment of sludge can be achieved by using the characteristics of water absorption, water absorption & heat releasing, alkaline bactericidal activity and adding other such wastes as fly ash, coal powder, mixed soil. The two unique designed mixing shafts are equipped with reverse cutting bevel and adjustable stirring paddle, the wet sludge and lime mixture achieve the transmittal mode of triple twisting-twice back twisting, which greatly improves the mixing quality of sludge. The final products belong to granular products with over 40% solid content, and in the process of storage and transportation, the solid content will be further improved.

Device can be directly connected to existing sludge outlet of sludge dewatering device, no big changes needed. The treatment quantity is increased from 500Kg/h to 10,000Kg/h.
