SCP type belt conveyor system consists of frame, conveying belt, belt roller, tensioning device, adjusting device, transmission device, etc.. The frame structure is made of carbon steel, which has the advantages of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and so on. Belt running speed can be set according to the actual situation. And the system has the ability to work continuously.
SCP belt conveyor system contains four belt conveyor, which are controlled through the field manual control cabinet.
The leather belt in SCP belt conveyor system is the most expensive and durable part, in the process of transportation, the transport will be subjected to a variety of different nature and size load, and be in a very complicated stress state. Typical damaged forms of conveyor belts are the followings:

Therefore, the conveyor belt used in SCP is made of 3 layers of rubber materials, the band intensity of this belt is great., which can reach 560N/CM.
Performance and structure
Belt conveyor type is the connection type trough belt conveyor, which is matched with complete belt conveyor, including transmission drum, tension pulley, roller, return roller, belt cleaner installed on the support bracket, and side baffles on all brackets, etc. Conveyor installation height matches with the sludge outlet of the sludge dewatering machine, the sludge falls on the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor, and driven by the drive roller, it is transported to the unloading port, relying on the role of the scraper, the sludge is scraped into the lower belt conveyor.
Conveyor parts can be counter-changed, the conveyor can transport the sludge of the N driers to the discharging hopper, the conveyor runs only when the dewatering machine works, but the conveyor is also suitable for continuous operation of 24 hours a day.
(1) Conveyor belt
The cloth-rubber belt has better wear resistance, and good corrosion resistance to life and industrial waste water including lipa, the adhesive belt can withstand the heavy and sharp edged scraps of the discharge chute. The belt belongs to lap joint type, flat and firm vulcanized joint without affecting the smooth running and cleaning is used in the lap joint. The belt core corrosion can be prevented, thereby prolonging the service life of the conveyor belt. Baffle plate for preventing dirt winding roller is designed to prevent dirt scattered.
（2）Drive roller
The driving roller is installed on the discharging end of the conveyor and runs on the bearing support of the heavy load type seal. The voltage of gear motor used in conveyor drive roller is 380v, 3-phase, 50 Hz, its rated power is 10% greater than the actual power consumption of conveyor.
（3）Tensioning device
The tensioning device is to adjust the conveying tension and distance, and ensure sufficient tension for the conveyor belt, so as to produce the necessary friction force between the conveyor belt and the driving drum to prevent track-slip, and make the conveyor run normally, the tensioning device for conveyor produced by our company belongs to screw type tensioning device. The tensioning wheel is located at the feeding end of the conveyor, and is running on the heavy load sealed bearing support, the tension wheel is equipped with high strength screw to operate the belt tensioning mechanism, the adjustment stroke is not less than 500mm.
（4）Groove type supporting roller
The roller used in our company is a radial labyrinth type roller structure, which is used with groove shaped upper support roller to support the material on the conveyor belt to make stable running of the conveyor belt. The quality of the roller directly affects the operation of the conveyor, and requires its sealing device must be reliable, in order to prevent dust into the bearing. Each roller comprises three identical and interchangeable roller, roller shaft center is arranged horizontally, while tilting roll is tilted. Tensioning roller is equipped with sealed ball bearing. Each supporting roller is installed on the rigid support, and this support is connected with the conveyor frame, and Each set of roller can be exchanged. The roller is dust proof and waterproof, with flexible rotation. During load operation, there is no stopped roller.
（5）Return roller
The return roller is a single horizontal roller with a sealed ball bearing, which is mounted on a rigid frame and is connected with the frame of the conveyor. The return roller can keep the belt operate in the middle position.
（6）Guide roller
The guide roller is a kind of vertical roller with seal and ball bearings, the guide roller is mounted in a rigid support, which has an adjustable bracket to be connected with conveyor frame.
（7）Cleaning device
The cleaning device is an adjustable scraper cleaning device, which is arranged on the discharging end of the conveyor to ensure that the conveyor belt does not adhere with the grid slag.
（8）Side baffle
The conveyor length is provided with a side baffle plate to ensure that the conveying of the sludge is not overflow from the side of the conveyor, and is inlaid with a flexible synthetic rubber plate, so that the conveyor belt is sealed.
（9）Frame
The conveyor frame is welded to a rigid frame with carbon steel. The frame adopts continuous welding, and discontinuous corrosion weld beading is eliminated.
