LS10B-S series belt type sludge thickening and dewatering integrated machine uses a filter strip as gravity dewatering section, of which the gravity dewatering section is longer, and this prolongs sludge retention time, ensuring the removal of free water in the sludge with poor hydrophobicity, and making the sludge into wedge shaped section more stable. This type of machine is suitable to sludge with a concentration about 1.5%-2.5% or hydrophobic sludge, the heavy press rolls design can make the sludge have higher solid content.
