Project Description:
1、Process type: low temperature belt type drying + closed loop wind
2、Sludge type: Biochemical sludge with water content of 85%
3、Dry heat source: 4bar saturated steam
4、Designed target: 20 tons /wet sludge, the water content of sludge will be decreased to 5%-10% after drying.
5、Process introduction: After centrifugal dehydration, the sludge is transported to wet sludge storage bin of the drying workshop through long distance pump, and then to the mixer via sludge pump, after mixing with dewatered sludge, it will be made into noodles by dry machine. The internal heat exchanger of the drying machine transforms the heat energy of the steam into hot air, which is used to evaporate the moisture content in the sludge. A group of condensers will condensate the water in hot air, to achieve the effect of sludge drying. In the drying process, the drying chamber is kept in a negative pressure state, and equipped with a dedicated pipeline and pumping air blower, so as to ensure odor and harmful gases do not spill over, to avoid pollution of the entire dry shop. After drying, the sludge particles are transported to the outdoor dry sludge bin through the discharge conveyor and the pipe chain conveyor, and transported to the incineration plant for burning, so as to achieve the final purpose of sludge treatment and disposal.
